About me

I help leadership teams and investors gain confidence in their decisions by supporting their internal expertise with external validation and strategic refinement. Working alongside teams, I help test ideas, explore options, ask questions, and whiteboard solutions—ensuring strategies translate into execution, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

My background includes senior executive and internal strategy roles at SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, ClearCompany, principal analyst roles at Bersin and Aspect43 and strategic portfolio, market/product strategy and product marketing work with 100+ vendors. For more than a decade, I’ve been recognized as one of the most influential leaders in HRTech/WorkTech, spoken at every major industry event, and supported institutional capital, strategic acquirers, and sell-side leadership—supporting ~$3B in investment and M&A activity across three continents, including two exits as a founder.
